resepi: daging masak ros

salam,

1. ada lagi sebulan sebelum due, dijangka 5/5/2012 aku nak buat cabai jeruk kat husband sbb nanti dah berpantang x ble nak sesuka hati pi dapur dah..

2. kalau ada rezeki jumpa petai..ngn petai2 tu aku jerukkan skali..

btw, smlm along ckp nak mkn daging masak ros..nih nak tulis balik resepi..kot esok2 lupa..huhu

bahan2
1. tumis kulit kayu manis + bunga lawang
2. blend bawang besar + halia + cabai kering (kalau nak pedas letak la cabai melaka:P )
3. serbuk kari daging Cap Tarbus
4. Daging (rebus dulu beberapa kali n tapis air rebusan sbb nak buang lemak2)
5. asam keping
6. santan
7. kerisik
8. Daun limau purut
9. gula

cara2
1. dah abis tumis (1) + (2), tumis plak serbuk kari daging sampai pecah minyalk
2. masukkan daging (daging nih kena rebus dulu)
3. letak asam keping +santan + daun limau purut
4. agak2 nak masak letak kerisik + gula
